These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AskMyKundli (the "Service"), an AI-assisted Vedic astrology service available through our website and mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AskMyKundli generates answers to astrology questions using the birth details you provide, classical Vedic (Jyotish) calculations and AI language models. Answers are delivered digitally inside the app or website.

2. Astrology is guidance, not advice

All readings are provided for entertainment, reflection and personal guidance only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome or prediction. Do not make decisions about your health, money, legal matters or safety based solely on a reading.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for providing accurate birth date, time and place — readings depend on them.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Question packs, pricing and payment

Paid use of the Service is sold as prepaid question packs. The price of each pack is shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, before you confirm payment.

• Purchased questions are added to your account balance immediately after successful payment and do not expire.
• Each question you ask, including a follow-up in the same conversation, uses one question from your balance. Invalid questions are not charged: messages that are not astrology questions, and questions that fail because of a technical error on our side.
• New accounts may receive complimentary free questions. These have no cash value.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Question balances are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Prices and pack sizes may change from time to time; changes never affect questions you have already purchased. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

5. Delivery

The Service is entirely digital. No physical goods are shipped. Purchased questions are credited to your account instantly on successful payment; if your payment succeeded but your balance did not update, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it; scrape, reverse-engineer or bulk-extract answers or data; attempt to manipulate the AI with malicious prompts; share or resell your account; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, chart-generation logic and generated content are owned by AskMyKundli. You may use your answers for personal purposes. You retain ownership of the information you provide to us.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskMyKundli is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
