Delete Your Account

You can delete your AskMyKundli account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what is and is not removed.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (immediate)

1. Open the AskMyKundli app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete anyway.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

This opens an email to support@askmykundli.com with the details we need already filled in. You just add the phone number you sign in with and send it.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email us and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address and gender.
• Your birth details (date, time and place) and your chart.
• All your conversations, questions and answers, and the analysis stored with them.
• Your remaining question balance. Unused questions are not refunded (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Your notification (push) device registrations and any sign-in codes we hold for your number.

What we keep, and why

• Payment and purchase records (order and payment IDs, amounts, dates), which we must retain for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name, phone number or email.
• A one-way hash of your phone number or email, which cannot be turned back into the original. We use it only to recognise a returning number so the free starter question is not granted twice.

Anonymous usage statistics are not tied to your account and are not affected.

After deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. You are welcome to sign up again later with the same number; you will start with a fresh account and no past conversations.
